I know, I know, you don’t have to yell at me. It has been way too long since I have posted anything but today is the day! It is not WIP Wednesday but I do indeed have a Work in progress that I must get down to business with. And what better way to get inspired then to share some of it with all of you.
You guys are what makes this writing journey so much fun. And to help you see what I see, I decided to add a couple pictures of what Shane and Gabrian might look like in my head. 🙂
Ok, enough of me prattling on. Here without further adieu is the latest snippet of what it is to come with the next book. I hope you all enjoy!
Allowing one last kiss to grace her lips, Shane pulls away. His soft sea greens taking in the sharpness of each glimmer of blue ice in her gaze as Gabrian’s eyes slowly open. He is just so beautiful, she hums to herself. Everything about him is raw and alive. The curves of his lips, the soft shadows that drape across his jaw, even the subtle lines that fade outward from the corner of his eyes. And she drinks it all in, every last little detail of his existence, winding the words over and over in her head, he is alive…so very much alive and here with her.
A large gentle finger lingers along the side of her face, hesitating at the edge of her jaw then lowers to trace the soft hollowed shadow below her shoulder—sending shivers to dance over her skin.
